Hedgromimcs Investments PLC is registered by Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria to attract foreign and local direct investors to promote local manufacturing of delay needs and industrial goods. The focus is to deepen efforts at bridging skills gap through the central PolyVasity Multi-Skills Project of the Edupark (Phase I). Hedgromimcs Investments PLC shall expand into other phases providing an integrated Agro and food processing park facilities, Health Park, Spareparts manufacturing, Real Estate, Mining, Tourism, Automotive Park, Construction and Building materials manufacture, youths and sport Projects modern infrastructural development and smart city concerns.
In collaboration with the ORILE OWU Community in Ayedaade Local Government Area of Osun State, the promoters have acquired land totaling 1,350 hectares of Virgin Land. In support of this dream, the state Government has approved a 99 years Certificate of occupancy for the land.
The project shall be implemented in line with the sustainable development goals target backed by Economic Recovery and Growth Plan (ERGP) concept of Nigerian Government. Operations of the environmentally friendly city must be guided by sound alternative energy applications for reduction of green house gaseous emissions within a stable power supply.
